CHEMPHARM offers pre engineered Plastic Coated Galvanized Iron (PCGI) sheets, Stainless steel sheets as well as in other material of construction. These panels are available in both types Progressive & Non-progressive suitable for Clean rooms & Shelters. Panels are formed using two steel sheets with PUF being injected in it supported by connecting profiles made out of extruded 'H' type aluminium profiles.Ultra modern manufacturing machines including roll forming, PUF injector & PUF presses are being used in the state of the art manufacturing unit. The complete process of injection is microprocessor controlled to ensure precise quality, specially engineered jigs are used to facilitate proper binding between the metal cladding and expanding foam. Regular quality checks, ensure the highest standard of quality.
